Information about the host Welcome to our lovingly designed vacation apartment in a quiet but central location in the middle of beautiful Chieming.Our vacation apartment has everything you need for a nice vacation with or without children. Designed for the highest possible comfort and safety for children. Our vacation apartment has a fenced garden with a small terrace with dining area. In our lovingly designed garden our big and small guests can relax. The parking lot is located directly in front of the accommodation. Environment description The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about 10 min walk from Lake Chiemsee and just over 5 min walk from the center. About the host We, the Sengeleitner family, have been running this vacation apartment since this year. Since we have 3 children ourselves, our focus is on a particularly child-friendly accommodation for a relaxing vacation for both the children and the parents. terms/extras The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of 1,00 EUR per person/night for persons over 16 years of age. Children from the age of 6 to the age of 16: 0,50 EUR. Children up to 6 years: 0,00 EUR. Designed for the highest possible comfort and safety for children. On a generous 85 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher with tabs, detergent and of course all kitchen utensils. A large dining table invites you to linger. If required, you can of course also get a high chair. The cozy living room can be separated with a curtain and has a wide sofa bed for 2 people with extra mattress pad and Smart TV. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet on the first floor.On the second floor you will find a very spacious bathroom with large rain shower and toilet. If required, you will of course receive a baby bath. The large bedroom with direct access to the balcony is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, (if needed a baby crib will be added), a closet and a Smart TV. The adjacent balcony is provided with a small seating area.Our vacation apartment has a fenced garden with a small terrace with dining area.
